Our stay was quite disappointing due to multiple maintenance issues and unpleasant dining experiences, despite the beautiful surroundings and potential for relaxation at the resort. We found the rooms to be small and poorly arranged, which did not meet our expectations given the price. The service was lacking in attentiveness, especially in addressing our complaints, and the dining options fell flat, rendering it not the getaway we'd hoped for.
